Andy Llanos is a passionate producer from Peru, who likes to experiment with fermentation. Cafes Muda has been working with him now for several years and this year are offering a gesha that has a freshness and presence of flowers and fruits.

This washed coffee consists of only ripe cherries that once picked are fermented for nearly 18 hours in whole cherries before pulping. A second fermentation for 15 hours is followed by washing and then drying.
