Grown by Leonid Ramirez at La Cortina de Hierro, this 100% Variedad Colombia microlot underwent 30 hours of underwater fermentation and meticulous processing for optimal quality. The variety, a hybrid of Caturra and Timor, was developed to resist leaf rust.
