Lộc Rừng works directly with local producers, building long-term relationships and providing knowledge and resources to support quality and more sustainable farming practices. Its own nursery, established in 2023, grows and distributes Arabica seedlings to help strengthen local production and improve harvest resilience.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe region has a long history of Arabica cultivation, dating back to its introduction during the nineteenth century. While Vietnam is widely recognised for its Robusta production, Arabica has continued to thrive in the highlands of Lạc Dương, where altitude, volcanic soils and a favourable climate support traditional varieties including Typica, Bourbon and Caturra. Today, many K'Ho farmers are also returning to more traditional agricultural practices, incorporating shade trees, organic composting and intercropping to restore soil health and support the surrounding ecosystem.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIts distinctive processing method begins with five days of anaerobic fermentation in large stainless-steel tanks, saturated with CO₂ to maintain an oxygen-free environment.
