Through organic cultivation, tree planting and improved water management, its members are working to preserve the region's natural ecosystems while strengthening the long-term sustainability of their farms.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lot is produced from the Lempira variety and processed using the traditional washed method. After depulping, the coffee undergoes 18–24 hours of fermentation before being thoroughly washed and slowly dried for 14–20 days on concrete patios or raised beds inside greenhouses.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cup, this is a comforting, well-rounded espresso with rich notes of chocolate and caramel fudge. Bright citrus and green apple bring a gentle lift, while nutty undertones and warming brown spices add depth.
