Like many Ethiopian producers, these farmers cultivate coffee on small family plots alongside food crops, often using traditional forest and semi-forest farming systems that promote biodiversity and allow coffee to thrive in its natural environment. Every cherry in this lot is organically grown and carefully selected to showcase the remarkable character of Guji.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFreshly harvested cherries are meticulously sorted before being depulped using a Penagos Eco-pulper.
