Cafe Mokxa has been working with coffee producer Alvaro for 8 years and regularly visiting the Sitio Da Torre farm to strengthen their relationships and source coffee directly.

Located near Carmo de Minas, this fourth-generation family farm enjoys the ideal climate of the Mantiqueira de Minas region.

Infrastructure investment allows for better quality coffee production while preserving the environment and biodiversity. The plantation has received the Certifica Minas and Fair Trade labels.

This batch has been fermented for 48 hours in barrels, offering a distinctive taste profile of the terroir. For Alvaro, it is the result of a post-harvest experiment around fermentation.
