This washed Tabi from Finca El Pital in Colombia’s Huila region is cultivated at 1,850 masl by Fernando and Alejandra García, as part of a family project rebuilt with resilience and determination after exile.

In the cup, expect sweet vegetal notes layered with brown sugar and ripe stone fruit, creating a profile that is round, balanced and comforting. A beautiful expression of perseverance, sustainability and thoughtful coffee cultivation.
