This honey processed, caturra lot from the Azul Estate Volcano in the West Valley of Costa Rica has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. 

Expect notes of brown sugar, candied citrus and chocolate in a cup that is soft, structured and balanced, a true expression of terroir, achieved without compromising quality.
