Finca La Maravilla is located in the high mountains of the Huehuetenango Region. Purchased in 1997 by Mauricio and his father Guillermo the farm was only accessible on foot or on horseback. Today, thanks to Mauricio's perseverance and hard work, the road to the farm has been significantly improved and has become accessible by car.
Mauricio uses both the washed and natural processes on his farm. He built fermentation tanks, patios, and raised beds for drying coffee with the goal of producing the best quality cup possible.
