José Antônio Rezende da Silva grew up on a coffee farm in Brazil’s Paraná region, where his passion for coffee took root from an early age. Since 2003, he has worked alongside producers to elevate quality through improved cultivation, plant nutrition and processing techniques, later becoming a certified coffee taster.

Suzi Ninov was raised on a farm in southern Brazil, where her connection to agriculture began young. After moving to Paraná, she immersed herself in coffee production, encouraging farmers to view their crops as living ecosystems, nurturing plants with care, respecting the soil and embracing sustainable farming practices.

Together, they are helping producers craft exceptional coffees while building a more sustainable future for farming communities for generations to come.

This natural lot from Longitude Coffees, led by José and Suzi, immediately stood out on the cupping table for its expressive profile.

Bursting with notes of dried fruit, mango and chocolate, it moves beyond classic Brazilian flavour profiles to deliver a more vibrant and intriguing espresso experience. Expect a silky body, layered sweetness and a long, elegant finish that lingers beautifully.
