High in Peru's Incahuasi Valley, at 2,300 metres above sea level, Cirilo Andarapino cultivates this exceptional Gesha SL-09 within a traditional Andean agroforestry system, where coffee grows alongside native vegetation in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Processed using a 36-hour dry honey fermentation, the coffee develops remarkable clarity and complexity while preserving the variety's distinctive elegance. In the cup, vibrant citrus notes are complemented by fragrant lemongrass and delicate raspberry sweetness, creating a profile that is bright, expressive and beautifully refined.
