Finca Santa Elena is a family business dedicated to the production of specialty coffee. Keen to share its traditions and actively participate in each stage of the production process, they combine innovation and ancestral know-how to showcase the sweetness and unique qualities of its coffee.

Thanks to an agroforestry system incorporating native species, it promotes sustainability and guarantees optimal quality with each harvest.

This lot has been selectively hand picked and undergone an initial fermentation for 36 hours in an open bag, allowing for oxidation to occur. A subsequent anaerobic fermentation for 40 hours occurs in 210 litre vats. Tanks are closed for an additional 36 hours before being sun dried for 18 days.
