Finca de Berman is a highly regarded specialty coffee farm in Pangalengan, nestled among the volcanic highlands of West Java, Indonesia. The region’s rich volcanic soils, high elevation and cool, distinctive microclimate create ideal conditions for producing exceptional Arabica coffee.

This lot has been processed using hypoxic carbonic maceration, an experimental fermentation technique designed to intensify the coffee’s natural fruit character while adding greater depth, sweetness and complexity. The result is a distinctive expression of West Java, where careful processing complements the character of the coffee rather than masking it.
