This elegant washed coffee comes from the Halo Beriti washing station, nestled in the highlands of Gedeb within Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe region. Produced by a network of smallholder farmers cultivating coffee between 1,900 and 2,300 metres above sea level, it captures the exceptional delicacy and clarity of this high-altitude terroir.

In the cup, jasmine and orange blossom bring a beautifully fragrant floral character, balanced by the gentle sweetness of almond. Refined, vibrant and wonderfully clean, this is a classic Ethiopian coffee where floral freshness meets delicate, lingering sweetness.
