Quetzalito is from the San Antonio Huista region, in the famous Huehuetenango region, where plantations can reach up to 2,000m above sea level.

Located not far from the Mexican border, the shaded crops promote the growth of exceptional coffee. Produced by an association of local producers, this coffee is organic.  The harvest is manual and selective. After a fermentation time of 12 hours, the beans are left to dry on patios for 8 to 10 days.
