Fernando Alfaro's Finca El Gobiado is located in the Ahuachapán region of western El Salvador. Half of the farm is made up of the orange bourbon variety and the other half of red bourbon. 
This coffee is processed natural where following hand picking of the cherries, they are left to dry on hanging beds for 3 to 4 weeks for slow and controlled drying.
