For lovers of Goraa and Daanissa coffees, Ture Waji's new harvest has arrived. Cafes Muda have been working with Ture Waji for 4 years, only selecting the best batches each harvest. This year they liked Okuluu, taking it's name from the village of origin of the 33 producers. This special batch is made up of the iconic varieties of gibirrina and serto.

It was Ture Waji, called "The King of Guji", who developed an expertise in drying in natural processes. During the sorting of cherries, one of the stages of the process, only those with perfect ripening are accepted. They are then dried slowly and turned regularly at the Suké washing station for about 3 weeks in order to preserve the floral and fruity notes that characterise the Guji terroir.
