It was in 2016 that Dajo, owner of Cafes Muda, discovered Sitio Cordilheiras during his year in Brazil. A happy coincidence made it possible to meet the owners of this farm, who have almost become members of his family. This is the fifth harvest to be bought from them and is exclusively available at Cafes Muda.

Arara is a recently developed variety that is particularly resistant to diseases, thus eliminating the need for pesticides. Thanks to its early maturation (it is one of the first of the year to mature), this variety offers the advantage of a harvest spread over several months.

Located in the mountainous region of Caparaó, on the Espirito Santo side, the farm benefits from a cool climate, ideal for slowing down the maturation of the beans and promoting quality coffee with more aromatic complexity. This Arara plot is grown on a small plot, the highest on the farm, which borders the national park. This privileged terrain contributes to the production of exceptional coffees.

This batch of coffee won 3rd place in the prestigious competition for the best coffee in Brazil (Coffee Of The Year) last November, a testament to the quality of the harvest. Cafes Muda have 30kg, 50% of the total harvest, to offer for a limited time.
