This lot is the result of a close collaboration between the dry mill and quality laboratory teams at CATA Export, where carefully selected micro-lots are evaluated individually before being composed into a single, harmonious blend.

Rather than relying on a single processing method, this coffee brings together traditional washed lots, advanced washed lots and a selection of co-fermented coffees. Each component is chosen for its unique sensory contribution, creating a cup that is layered, vibrant and beautifully balanced.

At the dry mill, every lot is prepared with meticulous attention to preserve bean density, structure and quality. In the laboratory, the coffees are extensively cupped and tested in different combinations, allowing the team to understand how each lot interacts and complements the others. The final composition is carefully crafted to maximise complexity while maintaining clarity and balance.

The result is an expressive, fruit-driven coffee with remarkable aromatic depth. Expect lively notes of bubblegum, lychee and passion fruit, supported by a juicy sweetness and a clean, vibrant finish that showcases the precision and creativity behind this collaborative approach to coffee production.
