Acuratore EU is a specialty coffee retailer, dedicated to showcasing exceptional coffee sourced from around the world and roasted in Europe.
Founded in 2024 by Grégoire Bonnet, Paul Kokovas and Silvia Saltsidis, all three share a passion and love for this incredible elixir and are excited about sharing great coffee with their customers. Striving to feature roasters who celebrate the producer, support the community and are focussed on environmental issues.
The decision to start an online specialty coffee store with an initial focus on French roasters, is both an unexpected and obvious choice. French specialty coffee roasters have been flying under the radar for almost a decade now but just like the famous French chefs and vintners, they too understand the importance of sourcing only the best raw materials and processing them with care to deliver an exceptional end product.
Acuratore is excited to bring to their customers a broad range of origins and taste profiles to show the world that the French specialty coffee roasters deserve the accolades for excellence currently bestowed on their colleagues in the culinary and wine world.
