Gust's Soul blend is their flagship espresso blend. Their daily labour of love, a constant work-in-progress, that they've carefully blended with single-origins only, just like a chef creates his unique dish. All this to create a sweet, balanced espresso, with a creamy body of chocolate cookie, dry figs and caramel. With or without milk.

The blend is meant to evolve over time, using different origins, that may change with the seasons. This way, you'll always have a super fresh coffee, while maintaining a similar tasting profile.
