In 2001 Antonio Wander, a dedicated agronomist and researcher, and two fellow agronomists launched their first coffee plantation at Jaguara farm. In 2013, the management of the farm was entrusted to Andre Luiz, Antonio Wander's son, and Natalia, who introduced innovative and sustainable farming methods to optimise the use of natural resources.
Located in Campo das Vertentes, an area historically known for its gold mines, the 90-hectare Jaguara farm focuses on the production of natural coffees. These coffees are distinguished by their rich chocolate and plum flavours, combined with exceptional sweetness.
Jaguara has become a hub for innovation and development, launching many high-impact projects. This spirit of innovation and commitment culminated in 2019 when the farm participated in the Cup of Excellence for the first time, achieving a remarkable fifth place with one of its micro-lots, with a score of 90.47 points, among the best coffees in Brazil.
Co-led by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Torréfacteur (MOF) and a driven and passionate coffee afficionado. This dynamic duo is focussed on sourcing the highest quality beans, roasting them to exacting standards to deliver a consistent and delicious brew each time.
