Grown at an altitude of 2,000 masl, Lo de Morales is an exceptional Geisha from the El Encinal plot, shaded by oak trees. Thanks to a slow fermentation of 96 hours and organic fertilisation that promotes the richness of the soil, this coffee develops an elegant, floral, and complex cup.
