This coffee comes from the Fazenda Nunes family farm, founded more than 30 years ago by Osmar Pereira Nunes. Originally a cattle ranch, Osmar Jr. planted the first 10 hectares of coffee trees in 1984 and today his grandson Gabriel, a trained agronomist, cares for the coffee trees combining tradition with a new approach. The family decided to abandon commercial cultivation and began to focus on quality, sustainability, and their relationship with the land and the surrounding area.

To ensure high quality and strong yields, the Nunes family replants approximately 10-15% of their trees each year.

The coffee cherries are processed using the natural method, sun dried for approximately 20 days and constantly turned. This method allows the beans to retain a lot of sweetness, but with delicate fruity notes. This espresso is like a chocolate cake with hints of dried fruit. The flavour is reminiscent of orangettes, combines with a delicious nutty flavour, finished off with vanilla and a praline chocolate body.
