Farms of Antigua, Espresso - Guatemala

Farms of Antigua is made up of lots from both big and small producers across the Antigua region. For hundreds of years this region has been recognised for its high quality coffee becoming one of the first coffee-producing regions in the world to have a protected D.O. (designation of origin) called "Genuino Antigua". 

Los Volcanes Coffee processes the coffee cherries received from both the historic estates that exist inside the ancient city of Antigua and the small land producers that exist on the outskirts of the city, on the slopes of the Volcán de Agua. In their laboratory, the richest estates are often found on par with the smallest style producers of Guatemala. The combination of these many types of producers creates a true expression of the terroir of the region.
