This coffee is grown in the Yirgacheffe region, specifically in the Redo Mountain area, where it is shaded by indigenous trees, allowing it to mature slowly and leisurely. The high-quality coffee-producing model farmers have been producing high-end coffee that is consistent and sustainable. Mr. Berhanu and his family produce coffee that is consistently good quality and sustainable.

Expect sweet notes of syrupy white peach and crisp lime zest are present at the forefront while hints of floral chamomile come through the background. This coffee is met with a juicy finish, creating a bright cup that settles into a lively, yet balanced tasting experience.
