Kenyan coffee is really special thanks to its aromatic profile and flavour intensity. This Kenyan coffee is a fine example of the incredible aromatic profile ahieved when beautiful cultivars are processed with absolute rigor and craftsmanship.

The Kianderi washing station receives cherries the same day they are harvested. They are sorted by hand, and after pulping, the parchment is left in vats overnight for fermentation. The next day, the parchment is washed and classified as P1, P2, P3 and P lights. The coffee is then transferred to raised drying beds for between 15 and 21 days.

Members of Kianderi's factory bring the cherry pulp back to the farm where it is used as fertilizer for coffee trees.

Expect a clean, crisp, shiny, and transparent coffee.
