Raised on a coffee farm, Jheison understood the importance of coffee to his community from an early age. During the pandemic, his grandfather gave him a plot of land to start his own production. Taking advantage of this opportunity, he adopted an innovative approach to improve the quality of his coffees. He even participated in the Cup of Excellence, obtaining an excellent ranking!
This coffee has undergone a honey process, with a double fermentation. The first fermentation for 12 days in an aerobic environment, followed by an 18 hour anaerobic fermentation in vats.
