It was in 2016 that Dajo, owner of Cafes Muda, discovered Sitio Cordilheiras during his year in Brazil. A happy coincidence made it possible to meet the owners of this farm, who have almost become members of his family. This is the fourth harvest to be bought from them and is exclusively available at Cafes Muda.

The red catuai variety is an emblematic variety of the region that always gives cups with great sweetness.

The farm is located in the Caparao region, on the Espirito Santo side. It is a mountainous place with a cool climate, which makes the ripening slower. The result in a cup is a fresher, more complex and naturally sweet coffee compared to other coffees in Brazil.

Once the cherries are harvested, they are pulped and dried with their pulp on raised beds for 2 to 3 weeks.
