A Colombian Castillo from Los Patios brings a bright, fruit-forward character to this distinctive blend, layered over a Peruvian coffee chosen for its depth, sweetness and exceptional clarity.

After depulping, the Colombian coffee is co-fermented with a fruit concentrate and the station’s own solution for two days, allowing the flavours to infuse the beans before a carefully monitored drying process. The result is a vibrant, sunlit cup with notes of candied peach, confectionery sweetness, lemon zest and a hint of coconut.

The Colombian coffee’s lively fruit and citrus brightness meet the rounded, chocolatey character of the Peruvian base, creating a cup that balances playful sweetness with depth and structure.

At the heart of this blend is a carefully produced coffee from Eudis Orosco in Peru. Cherries are floated and hand-sorted before undergoing dry fermentation in the cool, high-altitude environment. The coffee is then fully washed, preserving the clarity and clean structure that make it such a compelling foundation.

Rooted in Inca agroforestry, coffee cultivation here is shaped by a deep respect for the land and its natural rhythms. Traditional practices include working in harmony with the lunar cycle, alongside Minka and Ayni, communal work and reciprocal support. Preserved shade forest further reflects the connection between coffee production and the surrounding environment.

The result is a coffee that brings together the chocolatey depth of Peru and the bright, fruit-led expression of Colombia in one distinctive cup.
