Wilfredo Minga has been a coffee farmer for three generations. On his small farm El Gorrión, at almost 1,800 masl in the region of Ventanilla, he grows exclusively the Marshell variety, surrounded by banana trees and guaba trees. A passionate coffee producer, he gladly opens his doors to visitors, hoping to share his know-how and introduce his artisanal work.

This washed batch fermented in polished cement tanks before being slowly dried on covered patios.
