This coffee farm is located in Cristina, Minas Gerais, a town that is part of the tourist circuit known as Estrada Real and has 10,215 inhabitants, divided between rural and urban areas. Temperatures vary between 30º C and 8º C, generating an average of 20º C, with a balanced distribution of rainfall throughout the year.

For 100 years, coffee production has been the main activity of the Colina da Pedra farm, and this knowledge is also passed down from generation to generation. Over the past decade, producers have devoted all their efforts to the production of specialty coffees, using a new organic system on the plantations.

They have been finalists in several editions of the World Cup of Brazilian Coffee Quality, including the "Gold Medal" in 2002.

Coffee is harvested manually and selectively, with the beans being transported immediately after harvest to the machines, where they are classified and shelled. Drying is carried out on suspended grids, protected by a greenhouse with movable walls.
