Sfumato is a blend designed to blur the lines between modern specialty green coffee and traditional northern Italian roasting. For people who love thick, low acidity espresso with massive flavour and aroma. The name Sfumato comes from a line blurring painting technique pioneered and mastered by Leonardo Da Vinci. You will notice that virtually none of his paintings have hard lines. We hope for the same for our Sfumato, a soft and blurry representation of the beauty and diversity of coffee flavour and roasting techniques, without compromising on green coffee quality or authenticity of flavour.
