From the highlands of Caldas, Colombia, this carefully selected decaf brings together vibrant acidity, a dense body and natural sweetness for a beautifully balanced cup.

Decaffeinated using the EA Sugarcane Process, the coffee is treated with high-altitude spring water and ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane molasses. This selective process removes at least 97% of the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s distinctive character.

Developed through a meticulous approach to milling and decaffeination, this lot delivers a clean, complex and exceptionally balanced profile, with a rich sweetness complemented by bright acidity and a satisfying body.

All the flavour, without the caffeine, a delicious everyday coffee to enjoy at any time of day.
