La Laguna is located on the heights of Los Santos and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The family has owned this 2-hectare plantation for a long time. Hellen and his family planted coffee on this land about 10 years ago.

They have been among the pioneers in pushing the boundaries of natural coffees in Costa Rica. This batch has been produced anaerobically in leak-proof tanks for 48 to 60 hours, before being transferred to raised beds to dry for at least 25 days, giving it an intense, rich and complex cup.
