Marcelino Chinguel is a coffee producer who, together with his wife Lisana, owns a 6-hectare farm in La Coipa where they exclusively grow the marshell variety. Despite his experience of about 40 years, he is ready to develop and innovate coffee production. The farm's elevation and climate make for ideal growing conditions. The marshell variety is a mutation of bourbon and is known for its high productivity and resistance to coffee rust, complemented by a refined aromatic profile.

Marcelino won the Cup of Excellence in 2019 and ranks in the top 10 almost every year.

This coffee has undergone a natural process, to better retain the coffee's quality for longer. Ripe coffee cherries are picked, sorted with strict criteria, washed and floated before being placed on raised beds to dry for 30 to 40 days.
