Famille Guerreros, Filter - Peru

Until 2020, the Guerreros sold their coffee to local buyers at market prices. After learning about the potential of the specialty coffee market and the premiums offered, they began exploring new varieties and investing in infrastructure. The family replanted varieties like Marshell and Geisha, using a planting distance of 70 cm to 3 meters, and introduced irrigation to combat the dry seasons. Working closely with an agronomist, the Guerreros have been experimenting with different processing methods. 

This coffee has the best of the typical aromas of washed coffees from Peru - great sweetness and beautiful structure with notes of berries, flowers, and herbs.
