This coffee comes from the Danche station that processes the cherries of about 400 small coffee farmers in the Gedeo area. 

In the washed process, the cherries are sorted and then pulped using an Agaarde disc, separating the beans by quality. They ferment under water for 72 hours, then are sorted again. Finally, the coffee is washed and dried on raised beds for 8 to 20 days.
