This coffee comes from the village of Elto in Ethiopia's renowned Sidama Highlands, where smallholder farmers cultivate coffee on small plots at high elevations. After careful hand-picking at peak ripeness, the cherries are delivered to a local washing station, where they undergo a traditional washed process before being slowly dried on raised African beds.

The result is ELORA, a beautifully refined coffee that showcases the elegance of Sidama. Delicate floral aromas lead into notes of white flowers, bright lemon zest and juicy white grape, creating a cup that is vibrant, clean and wonderfully expressive.
