This natural coffee from the Goro Bedesa station in Ethiopia’s western Guji region is produced by nearly 150 smallholder farmers cultivating coffee at elevations up to 2,350 masl. Named Burtukaana, the lot reflects both the richness of the Ethiopian highlands and a meticulous approach to lot selection.

In the cup, expect vibrant notes of blackberry, grapefruit and ginger, carried by a juicy structure and lingering sweetness. Complex yet beautifully balanced, it’s a striking expression of Guji’s distinctive terroir.

Parcel

Parcel was born from a meeting between Mikaël and Damien in 2016, colleagues turned friends, united by a shared love of coffee.

What began as a passion has grown into a craft, shaped by years of experience and a commitment to doing things right.

At the heart of Parcel is a simple goal: to honour the producers behind every cup. The people, places and processes that make each coffee truly exceptional.
