Grown at an impressive 2,450 masl on Finca Inka Rumi in the heart of Peru's Incahuasi Valley, this exceptional micro-lot is produced by Hugo Pareja, a member of the Incahuasi Cooperative.

The high-altitude environment provides ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation, while Hugo's careful processing brings remarkable clarity and elegance to the cup. The Caturra and Bourbon cherries undergo a 36-hour dry fermentation before being washed and carefully dried on raised African beds.

This is a beautifully balanced and expressive coffee, combining delicate hibiscus florals with rich dark berry character and a deep, lingering finish reminiscent of dark chocolate.

Parcel

Parcel was born from a meeting between Mikaël and Damien in 2016, colleagues turned friends, united by a shared love of coffee.

What began as a passion has grown into a craft, shaped by years of experience and a commitment to doing things right.

At the heart of Parcel is a simple goal: to honour the producers behind every cup. The people, places and processes that make each coffee truly exceptional.
