From the highlands of Yirgacheffe, this naturally processed coffee showcases the vibrant aromatic character of Ethiopian coffee. Whole cherries are dried slowly, preserving their natural sweetness and fruit-forward qualities.

Expect a complex and expressive cup, with ripe grapes, red fruits and citrus, balanced by a fresh acidity and a beautifully rounded sweetness.

Bright, juicy and wonderfully aromatic, this is a distinctive Ethiopian natural that brings together layers of fruit and a lingering sweetness in every cup.

Parcel

Parcel was born from a meeting between Mikaël and Damien in 2016, colleagues turned friends, united by a shared love of coffee.

What began as a passion has grown into a craft, shaped by years of experience and a commitment to doing things right.

At the heart of Parcel is a simple goal: to honour the producers behind every cup. The people, places and processes that make each coffee truly exceptional.
