This washed coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Hambela, in the heart of Ethiopia’s Guji region. Grown at 1,900–2,100 masl, the coffee is carefully washed to preserve the clarity and elegance of its terroir.

In the cup, delicate notes of white peach, jasmine and bergamot bring a floral, luminous character, balanced by juicy sweetness and a clean, refined finish.
