Kenya has long set the benchmark for precision in coffee production. From meticulous cherry selection through to washing, drying and milling, every stage is carried out with remarkable discipline, producing coffees celebrated for their clarity, vibrancy and consistency.

Today, Kenya's coffee industry faces new challenges. Traditional varieties such as SL28 and SL34, renowned for their exceptional cup quality, are increasingly being replaced by more disease-resistant cultivars like Batian and Ruiru 11. Combined with an ageing farming population, these changes raise important questions about the future of Kenyan coffee.

Despite this, there is genuine optimism. A new generation of producers is embracing specialty coffee, replanting heritage SL varieties, adopting more sustainable farming practices and continuing to build on Kenya's extraordinary coffee legacy.

This coffee is a wonderful expression of that tradition. Rather than the intensely bold profile often associated with Kenyan coffees, it offers a more refined and elegant interpretation. Delicate floral aromatics intertwine with vibrant fruit notes, supported by a silky body, bright acidity and exceptional clarity.

The result is a beautifully balanced cup that showcases the meticulous craftsmanship for which Kenyan coffee is admired around the world—vibrant, expressive and effortlessly elegant.
